The title and the meaning behind this song was very much inspired by Black Wing's song by the same title. When i first read that song title I could just relate to it so much, as it really feels like my body has become my enemy at this point. I considered even for a while to have this title as the album title too but decided otherwise in the end. As you can probably tell from the title it's about how I now see my body, as it has changed from friend to foe for me.

I used to think my body was my friend.
That it would fulfill what my soul wanted to do.
But then, more then now two years ago it instead became my enemy.
Stopping me everyday from being able to live like I wanted to.
My body betrayed me, by making me suffer instead of helping me.
But in the end, was it my bodys fault even?, or was it my own?
